Worthy Wax Classic Luxury Scented Candle Competition Terms and Conditions
The Worthy Wax Classic Luxury Scented Candle Competition (the “Competition”) is open to all individuals aged 18 and over who have residence in the United Kingdom. Candles can only be shipped within the United Kingdom, so if you do not reside here, please refrain from entering this competition.
To enter the Competition, participants must follow the official Worthy Wax Instagram account (@worthywax), like the designated competition post on Instagram, and share the competition post with at least three individuals. Sharing can be done either as a story or by tagging other Instagram accounts. Each participant must complete all three steps to be eligible for entry.
The Competition begins on the day the post was created and ends as stated on the post, at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered for this competition, but appreciated non the less.
All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be compiled into a list. The winner will be randomly selected from this list. The selection process will be conducted within one week after the Competition ends.
The winner will receive one Classic Candle from the 12 fragrances available on the Worthy Wax website. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message to choose their preferred fragrance. The prize will be posted to the winner within two weeks via Royal Mail.
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within three days of the winner being selected. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, Worthy Wax reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their Instagram handle and any submitted content for promotional purposes, including announcing the winner on Worthy Wax’s social media platforms.
Worthy Wax reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition should any virus, bug, unauthorised human intervention, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Competition.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Participants are providing information to Worthy Wax and not to Instagram.
By participating in the Competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom.
